Dr. Swanson graduated from the University of Illinois College of Medicine.  He completed his residency and child psychiatry fellowship at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, and is board certified in adult, adolescent, and child psychiatry.  He is a Life Fellow with the American Psychaitric Association and has 30 years experience treating children and adults on inpatient and outpatient settings.  He is the Medical Director at Lee Specialty Clinic and has been with the clinic since 2016.
